We take great care in describing our CLOTHING, DRESSES (including Fit-Flare, Midi, Mini styles), ACCESSORIES, and other items accurately. However, slight variations in color or fit may occur due to monitor settings or handmade details in our Knits, Jackets, and Matching Sets.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors. Sale items, including those in our Plus Sizes and Bags collections, are subject to availability.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order for DRESSES, Earrings, or other items via email. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items.

3.2 Payment Methods

You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method upon order confirmation.

3.3 Order Changes

To cancel or modify an order for our Open Back dresses, Pants & Jumpsuits, or other items, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing begins.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Processing Time

Each Sheath dress and accessory is handpicked with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for international shipments of our Shawls, Shoes, and other items.

4.3 International Orders

Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties for their A-line dresses or other purchases. We cannot predict these charges.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Non-returnable items include Earrings (hygiene reasons), Open Back dresses (specialized alterations), Matching Sets purchased separately, and final sale items.

5.2 Return Process

To return your Shift dress or other eligible item:

2. Repackage items securely with all original tags
3. Ship to our Returns Center at 4195 Lochmere Lane, Memphis, TN 13112 USA

US customers receive prepaid return labels; international customers arrange their own return shipping.

5.3 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. For exchanges:

• We ship the new item after receiving your return
• You pay any price difference
• Standard shipping rates apply to the new item

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information when ordering our Long dresses or other items, including shipping address and payment details.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell our Mini dresses or other products commercially without authorization
