We carefully handpick and package each item with love. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Return Promise

We want you to love your Sheath dress, Earrings, or any other item as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process ensures your experience remains as smooth as our Shift dresses.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Open Back dresses (due to specialized alterations)
  • Matching Sets if purchased as separates
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Once approved, repackage items securely including:

  • All original tags and labels
  • The packing slip (if available)
  • Any free gifts received

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for US customers. International customers will receive specific instructions based on location.

Refund Process
